An Important Billing Update

Hey,

We are happy to announce our new improvement to our payment methods to our affiliates, which will help us with providing you a faster service, and more convenient payment processes.

From the current month, July 2011, the 30 days of activity will be between the 25th of each month to the 24th of the following month (On July specifically the beginning of the activity will be on the 1st of July, hence June activity was ended on the 30.6), instead of between the 1st to the end of each month. The rest of the process will remain the same:

  • On the 25th of each month the 30 days of activity begin (starting on the 25.8).
  • On the 24th of the following month the 30 days of activity end.
  • Until the 15th of the next month all of the affiliates receive their billing summary email regarding the last activity period.

We are aware to the importance of the payments issues, and we consider your feedbacks all the time, this is why we try to improve ourselves all the time, including this last update. We will be happy to assist with any question.

We’ve launched a new Leads Management System

Hey,

We are happy to introduce you with our new Leads Management system, for the benefit of our affiliates and publishers.  In most of our affiliate programs the commission to the affiliate is for a valid lead.  When an affiliate generates a lead to a specific affiliate program, this lead is added to his stats, while its default status is “pending”, which means it is waiting to the advertiser’s approval. Most of our advertisers update their leads once in few days (and always in the end of the month), while cancelling the invalid leads they received (duplicated leads, leads with wrong details, or leads with specific invalid reasons, as can be found in each campaign’s terms of service).

Until launching the new Leads Management System, you have asked us offline for your reports, and got them in Excel files. Now, you can use the “Manage My Leads” section (under the “Publishers” menu), in which you can find all of your leads status transparently.

We believe this tool will siginifcantly help you with your marketing efforts, and as usual – we are here to hear your feedbacks.

Choosing a direct link of an affiliate program

Hey,

We have modified and improved the process of choosing a direct link of an affiliate program. The process is now the easiest, you dont need to define any ad space, you just need to find your desired affiliate program in our ad marketplace, and under its description you will find the option – “Your Affiliate Link”, click on it and you will immediately get your direct affiliate link for the specific campaign.
